1) How do I place an order?
To place an order you must first navigate the store catalogue to find the item(s) you wish to purchase.
When you find an item you wish to purchase, click on the “Add to cart” button corresponding to that item to add that item to your shopping cart.
When you are ready to purchase, click on the “view cart” button at the top of your screen. When viewing your shopping cart, click on the “checkout button.”
From this point you will be required to provide payment and shipping information.
Following this, your order will be processed by our staff.
2) Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes. Any manufacturer defect can be returned for a replacement, we require the defective item to be returned.
3) Do you take returns or exhanges?
Yes, items can be returned or exhanged as long as the item has not been used and is returned in the original package. Sale or consignment items are non-returnable.
4) Can I order something that is not on the web-site?
Yes, we encourage any suggestions of new products that should be stocked. If it is an item made by one of our current suppliers, you can expect it to take approximately 2 weeks to arrive, depending on where you are located. If what you are looking for is not carried by one of our suppliers we will try to find something similar for you.
5) How long will it take to get my order?
If we have the item in stock, we will send it out to you within 24 hours. If we need to order it for you it will take up to 10 working days for us to receive it and it will be sent to you the same day we receive it.
6) What happens if the item I order is not in stock or back-ordered?
If it necessary to order your items from our suppliers, we will let you know as soon as possible how long you can expect to wait. Back-orders are hard to predict, depending on the time of year some of our suppliers can not anticipate the demand and therefore the item becomes on back-order. They will usually be able to give us an expected time of delivery.
